E-learning courses hold the future for young scholars





E-learning courses are increasingly becoming popular with students and keeping this in mind, Pearl Academy is offering online courses to students that can be pursued by them anywhere in the world.Pearl Live is an online initiative by the institute and follows the adage of `learning by doing'. The initiative brings creative courses, developed along with industry and international partners, for its global adult learners, say company reps. Courses such as Interior Design, Design Management, Digital Design and Communication, Entrepreneurship For Creative Professions, Digital Commerce, Social Media Marketing are meant for workingnon-working professionals, entrepreneurs and other interested learners helping them enhance their portfolio.

The global e-learning platform, Pearl Live, has developed its creative courses in partnership with Laureate Design Universities (LDU) and SmartOn. These courses are of six months' and nine months' duration and come with a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning, say company reps. Industry partners' inputs have further fortified the course content in terms of their relevance to the industry and current industry trends.

Sharad Mehra, CEO at Pearl Academy, says, “We have always believed in promoting and supporting creativity through expert mentoring from our panel of specialists. We are excited for our upcoming project since elearning has a lot of scope in the coming times. These will be specialized professional courses which are interactive and outcome-oriented.“
