Reg: Hiring Process Of Bank PO



On the behalf of all Bank PO (to be) candidates.

I would like to bring to your notice that in IBPS more than 1 Lakh candidates are qualified as per the result declared.

But I feel the process to hire candidates through IBPS is not at all satisfactory as the same set of candidates are being called by all bank.

If same 6000 candidates are eligible to appear for an interview than what was the fact behind declaring result of more than 1 lakh candidates, what I personally feel, this is the simplest way to make money from the innocent candidates, by this process we are not doing fair justice to all those candidates who are applying for the bank with blind hope or we are not giving opportunities to each candidates.


Suggestion:


1. Why can't we restrict a candidate from appearing another interview if he/she gets selected in first interview, so that other candidates also get an opportunity.


2. Bank should clearly mention their Qualified score from (top score *3 times of candidates) and not just any one can appear who get 21 marks in each subject. What each bank is doing is a cheating to other candidates.


3. In our country we have large number of unemployment and we believe IBPS will do fair justice to all those candidates who are qualified in IBPS PO Exam.

Above mentioned points are just a thought to improve the upcoming hiring process by IBPS nothing personally indeed.
