TIMETABLE FOR STUDY

Make a timetable for your study and follow it meticulously. Dedicate enough time for study. Write down the total subjects you have for the exam and dedicate time specifically.
PLAN THE TIMING

While making the timetable, dedicate more time for a subject which is difficult for you. Doing it later or avoiding it might create problems. Hence, start with them and divide the timing alternatively. After finishing a difficult subject, go for a lighter subject so that your brain will find it easy to concentrate and you will love the variations.
STUDY AT A DESK

Avoid studying on a bed. Many
people like to read on the bed while studying. However, one can get easily distracted. Hence, study at a proper desk to ensure that you remain fully alert.
ORGANISE YOUR STUDY While sitting on a chair and table, check that the chair is suitable and does not strain your back. Your posture should be right so that you will be comfortable while studying. Clean your desk thoroughly before studying and make enough space for your notes and books. Remove unwanted items and de-clutter the space as

your mind will feel fresh for study. Ensure that there is enough light.
EASY APPROACH While just mugging up the topic might confuse your mind, follow the right path. Have the habit of writing
down while learning. Highlight the important points of your study on your notepad. While taking notes mark the important points with marker. You can even write down the important formulae and Maths equations on stick-ons and put it on your desk board so that they will always remain in front of you. This way you will find it easy to remember them.
SOLVE MOCK TESTS

This method will boost your confidence. You can tell your elder siblings or parents to set a question paper for you. Set the time according to your exam and solve it accordingly. Avoid any kind of distractions and be true to yourself. This mock test will
help you measure the amount of study you have done and the amount of study you need to do.
TAKE A BREAK

While studying, keep in mind that you need to take a break as well. Taking a break will freshen up your mind. You can take a walk, enjoy your favourite sport in the evening or meet a friend for a chat. However, dedicate the right time for your break in the time table and follow it.
RIGHT FOOD

When exams are near, avoid junk food from outside. Avoid heavy oily food as that can make you lethargic. Eat nutritious homemade food which will keep you fit during the exams. Don't study on an empty stomach or don't eat too much food at one time. Take small amounts of food at regular intervals so that you can concentrate better.
