These are the main questions on which they, at Sri Balaji Society, Pune exercise their minds, time, energy, efforts and resources. They strongly believe that they have to surpass the expectations, of stake holders and ensure that all the Two Year full time PGDM (courses approved by AICTE) students of four Management Institutes viz Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM), Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management (BITM), Balaji Institute of International Business (BIIB) and Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development (BIMHRD) enter the corporate world with lucrative jobs, immediately on completion of their respective courses through the campus placement activities. More than 300 companies from all over the country visit the campus for placement. In all four AICTE approved Management Institutes they don’t have “Farewell” parties. Instead, they celebrate “Achievement Day” and on that day hand over appointment orders to their students.
Sri Balaji Society, Pune also strongly believes that women empowerment is the need of the hour. Hence, they have reserved 50% of the seats in all the four Management Institutes of Sri Balaji Society. They also provide hostel facilities.

The students of BIMM, BITM, BIIB and BIMHRD are selected centrally during an admission process conducted all over India and they also go through combined campus placements. Most of the students who are due to pass out in May 2019, have already received their campus placement job offers from the companies which have visited the campus from all over India.
