Food for thought or thought for food?
| ||
You are what you eat so think before you
indiscriminately bite into junk food. This is especially relevant for
those who who spend most of the day in college and various institutes
studying for multiple exams.
The biggest quandary that students with limited food options near their college face is whether they want to eat to live or live to eat. Here are a few survival pointers: A dry bhel or mixed fruit plate makes better sense than the greasy vada pavs or samosas. Ask for a bottle of milk or fruit juice tetrapaks instead of aerated drinks. If you are going to have a sandwich, opt for one made with brown bread and skip the potatoes, ask for more salad materials. METamorphosis beckons students
