We welcome the candidature for the above mentioned position from Ex-Servicemen (Retired Colonels / Lt. Colonels preferably from Infantry background) and candidates having good experience in the Logistics Industry. The details are as follows:
Main Activities:

1. Overall Accountability for Territory Operations.
2. Effectively handling Day to day Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization
3. Fleet Management
4. Manpower Management
5. Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police and Municipal etc)
6. Handling Employee Relations matters
7. Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
8. Effectively handle process related improvements
9. Hiring, Managing and developing a proactive professional team

Prerequisites:

• Formal education and degree in any stream having practical experience in fleet management and logistics functions in a highly manpower intense operations

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Ability to be effective in a matrix structure and lead through influence

Experience:	8 - 13 Years
Education:	1. UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization 2. PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
